Specifications:

• Auxiliary PicoStat (electrochemistry) and Pico IC vibration isolation chamber.
• Both acoustic and magnetic (MAC) cantilever excitations are available for dynamic modes.
• Sample temperature can be varied from 20 to 170° C
• Humidity can be varied from 1 to 95% RH
• Maximum scan size 35 x 35 µm laterally and 7 µm vertically.
